So, I am past the five month mark. Yay. I can feel her moving around right now. It is so nice to call her a her. We are still working on the name.
I am so glad it has been warm here (I can't believe I now consider 45 warm). It was really hard to leave California behind, so it helps that it hasn't been the bitter cold January I was told to expect.
Matt and I finally saw Harry Potter. We had a fun time. We saw it at the Imax theater in Lincoln Center. Then we went to the Babies R Us and looked at baby furniture. What a great date.
We are going to OKC next week for Matt's sister's wedding. I am bummed because we have to leave Wahoo behind. I am checking out a doggie day care/doggie slumber party place on Saturday. Wahoo has to do a trial run to see how he behaves with the other doggies. I think he will have fun, but part of me is worried that he is going to be overwhelmed and scared of the big dogs. We will see...
We get our Tivo tomorrow. Yay! Thanks, mom. I am really excited because I am sick of the stuff I have been watching. Tonight I actually watched Jeopardy and Wheel of fortune just so I don't have to watch another sitcom rerun. I know I could turn it off, but I already read a ton on the subway. Now Wahoo fell asleep on my lap and I can't reach the remote, so I am stuck watching Dancing with the Stars...I am just going to have to wake him in a minute.
Desparate Housewives was a little better this week. I thought the stuff between Gabbie and Lynette was pretty good. I still think that the mystery surrounding the suicide was the glue that held that show together, and they blew it when they could have keep that going for a long, long time. That was their biggest mistake, but there are too many others to list. Anyway...
Well, here are a couple more pics. I had better go and get some mylanta. I really haven't had too many symptoms, but I definitely get heartburn.
I am pretty sure you will all agree that I look like a midget in this picture. I guess Matt really is that much taller than me. I will try to get a better one next week.
